Job Description

NOK is currently hiring a "Sales Coordinator" for a reputable E-commerce company in the market.
Location: Arkan Plaza, First Al Sheikh Zayed.
Key Responsibilities:
·        Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment with partners and merchant requirements.
·        Actively participate in sales activities whether inbound or outbound, responding to inquiries, providing information, and guiding potential clients through the sales process.
·        Utilize training resources to gain in-depth knowledge of our company's payments capabilities and effectively communicate these to prospective clients.
·        Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, leads, and customer information
·        Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to the management team.
·        Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
·        Online search for new leads on all channels.
·        Organize meetings for business teams with potential merchants.
·        Submit business tickets on our company's payments CRM and Systems.

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications and Skills:
    ·        Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    ·        Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the financial or technology sector.
    ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    ·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    ·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    ·        Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    ·        Proficiency in Excel Office suite.
    ·        Fluency in English.
    ·        A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
