Job Description

Hands of Hope is a Physical Therapy & Wellness hub, currently running 12 locations in New York and around the state, strive to reinvigorate Physical Therapy adapting the latest technology in treatment and healthcare industry giving the best quality of care assisting our patients in their recovery journey and help them get back to their normal life faster.

We are looking for HR Generalist have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, recruit experienced and skillful talent and onboard employees and maintaining employee records. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law and look to kickstart your career in the field, this is the place to be.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment by identifying relevant candidates, connecting them with the hiring manager, interviewing them, conducting reference checks, issuing offers and drafting contracts.
  • Representing the organization at recruitment events
  • Assist with new employees' orientation and update records of new staff.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Arrange events, workshops and training based on each department’s needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary.
  • Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matter.
  • Administering health insurance programs.
  • Completes special projects and performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years’ experience as an HR coordinator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Expert knowledge of recruitment practices, assessments, and evaluation
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must for this position.
  • Ability to work from 3:00pm to 11:00pm office based in Maadi.
