  • In this role, you have an immediate impact on the company’s revenue and cash flow. You will
  • showcase and sell Tekeya’s services by pursuing and closing sales deals.
  • Objectives of this Role:
  • Represent our company’s services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of our customers, followed by continued customer research to identify how our solutions meet their needs.
  • Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedules to callon existing or potential food providers.
  • Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual Sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business quickly.
  • Possess in-depth product (Tekeya app) knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current provider needs and following a defined selling process, utilizing app demo and presentations.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing providers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other Sales Specialists and Operation Specialists to ensure
  • Tekeya’s targets and standards are being met, performing market research, provider training, and regular competitor monitoring.
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
  • Working experience with sales techniques
  • Excellent performance tracking in tracking sheets and CRM
  • Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close
  • Ability to be in the field at least 80% of the time.
