- In this role, you have an immediate impact on the company’s revenue and cash flow. You will
- showcase and sell Tekeya’s services by pursuing and closing sales deals.
- Objectives of this Role:
- Represent our company’s services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of our customers, followed by continued customer research to identify how our solutions meet their needs.
- Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedules to callon existing or potential food providers.
- Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual Sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business quickly.
- Possess in-depth product (Tekeya app) knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current provider needs and following a defined selling process, utilizing app demo and presentations.
- Maintain working relationships with existing providers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with other Sales Specialists and Operation Specialists to ensure
- Tekeya’s targets and standards are being met, performing market research, provider training, and regular competitor monitoring.
- Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and documentation.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Working experience with sales techniques
- Excellent performance tracking in tracking sheets and CRM
- Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close
- Ability to be in the field at least 80% of the time.
