Job Description

  • Identify the company’s hiring needs.
  • Manage the internal & external recruitment process of blue and white collars.
  • Conduct recruitment process; review and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain eligible applicant pool and refer candidates to hiring departments.
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
  • Inform applicants about benefits and hiring documents and follow it up with them.
  • Organize new employee orientation, on-boarding and induction training programs.
  • Create, implement and update HR policies, procedures and structures.
  • Maintain and update the company’s organizational charts.
  • Set, update and maintain detailed job descriptions for all positions.
  • Design and implement effective training, learning and development plans.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and programs; determine and initiate changes/solutions to programs to ensure appropriate skills development.
  • Perform quarterly and annually performance review and appraisal management.
  • Ensure all employees’ records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Manage the company’s internal communications activities as in creating content, preparing announcements, proofreading, designing, creating magazine, etc.
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help, organize and attend job fair events).
  • Prepare reports and presentations on all HR-related metrics for HR analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes within labor law.
  • Set summer training program plan, policy and procedures.
  • Take over the responsibility of co-workers whenever not present.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor degree.
  • Language school graduates is a mandatory requirement.
  • Males are preferred (due to a current business need).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Training and Performance Appraisal.
  • Proven working experience with hiring a large wide of blue collar positions is a must.
  • Languages: Fluency spoken and written English.
  • Professional. Committed. Hard-worker.
  • Can meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiations skills.
  • Basic knowledge of labor law.
