Job Description
- Support clients through phone calls, emails and chat to help them access company resources.
- Build positive relationship with clients to develop and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Provide virtual online learning support and orientation on our services and tools.
- Maintain customer feedback records for development and improvement purposes.
- Submit tickets, complaints, and customer concerns to stakeholders.
- Implement communication plan with clients as needed from different departments.
Job Requirements
- 2+ Years of experience in Customer Service
- Excellent command of English Language
