Job Description
In store excellence and distribution channel optimization:
- Coordinate with sales teams and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of trade marketing plans at the point of sale.
- Analyze and recommend brands/channel combination to maximize sell out and profitability.
- Manage trade marketing budgets efficiency, allocating resources to high impact initiative.
- Analyze sell out performance and provide recommendations and action plan to drive profitability and market share.
Market Knowledge and distributor collaboration:
- Visit frequently the trade and conduct market analysis in collaboration with the sales teams to identify opportunity for revenue growth.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, shopper behavior.
- Foster strong relationships with distributors and local retail partners.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure they are well-informed about marketing strategies and equipped to promote products effectively.
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in in customer management, shopper marketing, trade marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
