Job Description

  • Handle, Manage and efficiently deal with customer inquiries, complaints and requests
  • Understand the process cycle and acts upon
  • Input customers ‘& contracts’ data and retrieve information whenever required
  • Coordinate and liaise with the concerned departments in regards to customer’ inquiries and transactions
  • Able to handle different situations and various tempers professionally.
  • Able to work extra hours when required and whenever needed
  • Assist the customer during the request submission through drafting, printing and/or coping documents

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree of commerce/ management/ media 
  • Fluent Arabic & English speaker
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent communication and customer skills
  • Active listener
  • Work under pressure and could manage the deadline
  • Age between 23 up to 27
  • Nasr City or nearby residents are highly preferred.
