Job Description

  • Act as a focal point and a coordinator among different departments.
  • Coordinate general office operation.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings and manage staff calendars and schedules.
  • Attend meetings, write meeting minutes and send them to participants.
  • Write email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
  • Monitor and purchase office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels.
  • Follow up office rental payments.
