Job Description
- Responsible for review relevant technical specifications (Struc. , Arch & Landscape) in CSI format.
- Review quantity take-off and measurements and other tender requirements.
- Prepare project’s cost estimation.
- Review drawings in support of the firm's QA/QC effort.
- Verification of requirements for methods of measurements and specifications
Job Requirements
- +15 years’ experience in quantity surveying field for several project types
- Degree from Civil or Architecture Engineering in addition to relevant accredited institution would be considered an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English language.
