Job Description
- Perform financial forecasting, annual budget, and reporting.
- Analyze financial data and create financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting.
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis vs. budget, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Keeping track of a company’s financial plan and guide the cost analysis process.
- Conduct comparable analysis and market research.
- Prepare feasibility studies for new projects.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of business finance experience with strong financial modeling experience - Experience in real estate is a must.
- Ability to conduct extensive research and knowledge of financial data modelling.
- Detail-oriented, knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting practices.
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
- Ability to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized, concise manner.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance/Economics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
