- Understand end-customer requirements and align production for predictable customer deliveries.
- Rethink IT and digital ecosystems to help clients swiftly adopt new technologies to stay ahead in an evolving customer-driven environment.
- Deploy leading industry insights and design-led thinking to help clients plan and implement transformational solutions that drive tangible business value.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of related Mini-cash systems for daily, monthly, and long-range plans.
- Work closely with business teams to understand and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, operations, and technology to implement action plans.
- Provide day-to-day support to business stakeholders for managing Mini-cash solution.
- Participate and contribute to upcoming enterprise Mini-cash solution implementation and end-user training.
- Drive requirements gathering user workshops, document use cases, create user stories, and design workflow processes.
- Design and develop business rules and workflow within the enterprise for Loan origination and Collection Management solutions.
- Mange Mini-cash functional team for best results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- Mini-Cash solution Implementation experience.
- Knowledge of Loan and collection management
- Experience in vendor handling.
