Job Description
- Handling and responsible for the CRM system for the company
- Monitoring and updating company inventory
- Monitoring the contract cycle and process with full coordination with other departments
- Monitoring and responsible on daily transactions (Reservation – Unit Transfer – Unit Cancellations)
- Professional in Creating payment plans and NPV ( Net Present Value)
- Responsible on the daily work flow of the department
- Revising all documents that is issued from the department (Reservation – Contracts )
- Creating all kind of reports ( Daily – Weekly – Monthly)
- Handling and the brokerage sector with coordination with other departments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Experience 5 - 7 years in the real estate field
