Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, track and manage projects to successful completion
- develop and maintain project plans including charter, scope, work breakdown structures, estimates, resource plans, budget, task dependencies, schedule, open issues, and risk assessment, management, and mitigation plans across multiple work streams.
- To track actual project performance and costs against project plan, to ensure there is no deviations from plan
- define and manage all projects risks and take corrective action in a proactive manner to mitigate risks and prevent issues
- Engage with sales and Account teams to identify/ drive account growth opportunities
Job Requirements
Technical Competencies :
- Very good software development background
- Very good experience with different project delivery life cycles (waterfall, Incremental, Agile)
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Extensive experience of delivering medium / large projects through the entire project lifecycle
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational, collaboration, Communication, and interpersonal skills
- Intimate knowledge of change management, risk management, sitting up and initiating projects
- Proven experience taking proactive lead and ownership of desired project outcome success
- Strong work ethic and accountability
