Job Description
- Manages and follows up the execution, quality, and specification of all executed electrical works according to the project terms and specifications.
- Identify project requirements and design systems and products.
- Research suitable solutions and estimating costs and timescales.
- Implement the designed electrical networks, light current as per planned requirements, and standard loads.
- Full awareness of electrical systems and light current systems (fire alarm, CCTV, Data and Telephone, Access control, etc.)
- Qualify and approve the final product or system.
- Prepare works documentation, writing reports
- Maintain and update the project manager to facilitate timely reporting, cost-effective recommendations, and goal achievements.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferred MEP experience.
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and manage a large, complex team from multiple organizations.
- Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, problem solver
- Good skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, ETAP, Microsoft projects
- Ability to make a project time schedule and modify it according to the workflow.
- Ability to add installation prices, awareness of the market contracting prices.
- Solar energy systems installation is a plus
