Job Description
- Review and study designs provided along with engineer.
- Prepare pencil designs of all types of fire systems if not provided.
- Interpretation of QCD/NFPA codes, IFC drawing, specification...
- Prepare bill of quantities and select pricing from oracle system.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate with concern sales persons.
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years ‘experience in construction/MEP field.
- Good English communication skills with basic knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD, Oracle software. Design & estimating of all types of fire protection systems, fire detection and alarm systems, voice evacuation system, fire telephone system, emergency lighting
- minimum five years experience in Estimation and pre-sales activities of suppression systems I.e. NOVEC, FM200, CO2 , inert gases, foam , pre-action systems.
- solid knowledge in Tyco products I.e. Ansul, Hygood, pyrochem, Chemguard -preferably to have certified Tyco trainings -solid knowledge in fire alarm systems Estimation preferably with Simplex -solid knowledge of NFPA standards.
