Skills And Tools:
- Partner in Organization Redesign/restructures and developing charts.
- Provide the proper guidance on performance appraisal process, Goals settings process, and coaching to employees.
- Ensure proper implementation of Performance Management System, Monitor and recommend enhancements of the Performance Management System.
- Oversee the implementation of the performance management cycle to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
- Crisis Management
- Conduct surveys to ensure employee satisfaction
- Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates
- Design New Manager Orientation program for all managerial level new hire
- 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the IT field
- Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems and Human Resources software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is a Must
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Additional HR certificate is a Plus
