Job Description

  • The CRM Executive will be responsible for achieving the organization’s objectives in the area of customer relationship management activities.

Key activities:

CRM executive will do the following:

  • Generate sales:
    • Make sales through listing products in the auction.
    • Make sales through offering Le Garage’s customers products they may like directly without bidding in auctions.
    • Make sales through selling directly to customers who visit Le Garage’s showroom offline.
    • Make sales through different online and offline sales events.
  • Manage communication channels with customers through:
  • Social media different channels
    • Comments.
    • Shares.
    • Mentions.
    • Messages.
    • Telephone calls.
    • Face to face in the company’s premises or at the client’s location.
    • WhatsApp.
    • LiveChat
    • Chatbots.
    • Emails.
  • Solve customers’ complaints.
  • Monitor competitors.
  • Effectively communicate with other team members in different departments within the organization.
  • Negotiation Skills as you will receive the items from the client and enter the data into the system.

    NOTE; we have a probation period for 3 months it will be 75% of the agreed Salary, then you will get the full salary.
