- The CRM Executive will be responsible for achieving the organization’s objectives in the area of customer relationship management activities.
CRM executive will do the following:
- Generate sales:
- Make sales through listing products in the auction.
- Make sales through offering Le Garage’s customers products they may like directly without bidding in auctions.
- Make sales through selling directly to customers who visit Le Garage’s showroom offline.
- Make sales through different online and offline sales events.
- Manage communication channels with customers through:
- Social media different channels
- Telephone calls.
- Face to face in the company’s premises or at the client’s location.
- Solve customers’ complaints.
- Monitor competitors.
- Effectively communicate with other team members in different departments within the organization.
- Negotiation Skills as you will receive the items from the client and enter the data into the system.
- CRM Executive.

NOTE; we have a probation period for 3 months it will be 75% of the agreed Salary, then you will get the full salary.
