Job Description
- Manage a team from 6:8 agents
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Supervise all the transactions (CRM, Calls, Follow up, site visits, Leads ).
- Set clear team goals.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Suggest and organize team building activities
- Can open a new contracts with developers
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Monitor team performance and report on manger
- Motivate team members.
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking
- Suggest and organize team building activities
- Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Can Make a Market Research and Survey
- Close all deals.
Job Requirements
- Negotiation SkillsStrong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- 2 years experience in the same Position in REAL ESTATE (a MUST)
- Owns a car(MUST)
- Presentable (MUST)
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Brokerage experience is must
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure.
