Job Description
- Handling the operations on CRM (Adding Leads on CRM. Assigning Leads to the sales team, follow up the feedback and sales comments, the rotation of the lead…)
- Follow up on the company’s inventory and preparing sales reports.
- Assisting in quality assurance regarding after-sales service (e.g: Making sure that everything is going well between our sales agents and the clients)
- Creating and developing sales reports regarding generated leads and quality control
- Create Sales Presentations and Propsals
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Proficiency in English
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
