Job Description
- Coordinate daily workload within team using CRM software and ERP metrics to ensure that assign tasks are complete expeditiously.
- Develop analytical reports/dashboards in ERP to review performance of direct sales and accounts.
- Participate fully in cross-functional teams that addressed strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations.
- Provide intensive education to the support team to optimize effectiveness and increase sales rep satisfaction.
- Improve sales order checklist and re-evaluate assigned duties; ensure sales order fulfillment and logistics process improvement.
- Maintain weekly email contact with district and territory managers across the country to provide update assets protection information.
- Develop and implement CRM campaign process that eliminate noise and increase visibility to key market segments and strategic accounts.
- Process all orders including invoicing, fulfillment, shipping logistics including BOL, international documentation and tracking for customers.
- Maintain Internet correspondence for sales and service
- Compiling a daily list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department, and providing sales data and guides to the sales department.
- Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports.
- Recording sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies.
- Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
- Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
- Handling administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Able to lead and guide a team
- Motivational skills
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or associates degree in relevant field a plus
