About the role
Supervises the day to day Discover Qatar reservations team which will provide 24/7 coverage to DQ and QRH network offices for reservations and operational related services. Support DQ QRH management by facilizing and accommodate clients need in close coordination with internal DQ QRH teams. To ensure the reservation team update the DO QRH website with customer data and codeshare schedules correctly synchronized in the reservations system and communicate with the respective DQQRH team to provide accurate and timely support to DQ QRH executive management.
Other key responsibilities are:
· Manage all incoming calls from customers with general enquiries, reservation requests, and recommend suitable options for all customers and assist to confirm all reservations.
· Monitor and analyze the performance of the DQ Reservation team and assign proper training to the staff as well as new joiners to ensure excellent customer service that aligned with QR customer first value.
· Discuss the reservation processes with the DQ management and provide timely feedback and improvements for the SOP and ensure that the Reservations manual is up to date.
· Manage monthly rosters for the tear to ensure that all other related activities are performed within the deadlines. Ensure effective job allocation and distribution of available resources.
· Ensure that all reservation staff are updated with changes in the SOP that has been discussed and agreed with DQ executive management.
· Ensure that all customers data are handled with confidentiality, record and issue invoices, process online payments, and resolve invoice related disputes
· Support staff and customers to resolve difficult issues and problems pertaining to reservations on a daily basis and liaise with the line manager and QR departments for proper management of customer service issues
· Manage the VIP clients reservation packages by liaising with DQ QRH internal teams to properly actioned within agreed time frame as per DQ service level agreement.
· Support customers logistical experience with transparent communication and updating on delays or changes with their reservation.
· Work effectively with DQ internal teams (Sales, Product) in order to develop unique product & program proposals according to specific client requirements.
· Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the DepartmentTop of Form

Qualifications
About You
· Bachelor degree with minimum of 4 years of job-related experience
· Command of English languages
· Managerial skills – Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manager workflow.
