Job Description
- Monthly payroll
- Renewal of contracts
- Daily transactions with the social insurance office and the labor law office
- Responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of the high-level strategies of the HR department
- Planning and developing new recruitment strategies, overseeing staff benefits
- Responsible for Recruitment policies and the following multiple steps ( write and post a job advertisement – review resumes – pre-screen candidates – administer skills tests - interview applicants – discuss benefits and compensation – make a hiring decision – make an employment offer )
- Manage and improve communication skills between all the staff and facilitate the employee-employer relationship
- Manage organizational and company culture ( the set of attitudes, values and goals that are shared among employees and managers
- Daily data entry on the computer, such as rewards and allowances for transportation and meals, renewal of contracts, etc.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Proven work experience in the same position
- Males Only
- Industrial Background is a PLUS
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Payroll Expert
- Strong leadership
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
