Job Description

  • Monthly payroll
  • Renewal of contracts
  • Daily transactions with the social insurance office and the labor law office
  • Responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of the high-level strategies of the HR department
  • Planning and developing new recruitment strategies, overseeing staff benefits
  • Responsible for Recruitment policies and the following multiple steps ( write and post a job advertisement – review resumes – pre-screen candidates – administer skills tests  - interview applicants – discuss benefits and compensation – make a hiring decision – make an employment offer )
  • Manage and improve communication skills between all the staff and facilitate the employee-employer relationship
  • Manage organizational and company culture ( the set of attitudes, values and goals that are shared among employees and managers
  • Daily data entry on the computer, such as rewards and allowances for transportation and meals, renewal of contracts, etc.
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.


 


 


 

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Proven work experience in the same position
  • Males Only 
  • Industrial Background is a PLUS 
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Payroll Expert 
  • Strong leadership
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
