Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for the FMCG portfolio.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting performance targets, providing coaching, and ensuring team alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to ensure consistent sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and optimize product positioning.
  • Monitor and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achievement of financial targets.
  • Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting on key metrics to senior leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, adapting strategies to remain compliant and competitive.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales role within the FMCG industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in developing and managing sales budgets.
  • Familiarity with market research and competitor analysis.
