Job Description
To become a property consultant, you require at least a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, marketing & management. Experience in real estate sales is also essential in occupying the property consultant job position.
- Communication Skills: Property consultants possess strong communication skills which they employ in interacting with clients, agents, and legal attorneys
- Negotiation Skills: They are able to conduct price negotiations to secure properties at a potentially profitable rate
- Analytical Skills: Property consultants are skilled in carrying out property market research and survey to identify properties generating the most profit.
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- MS Office familiarity
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven track of successful sales record if experienced
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson if experienced will be considered a plus
