- Ensure product standards through the implementation of manufacturing strategies and work plans.
- Contribute to continuously improving the product in order to achieve the interests and goals of the company.
Job Requirements
- Experience as Maintenance manager OR Factory Manager
- Experience in food manufacturing is A MUST
- Previous experience in Dairy And Juice manufacturing field is an asset
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
- Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
- Able to focus on cost control and efficiency.
- High communication skills.
