Job Description
- Plan manufacturing, delivery schedules and purchasing activities.
- Analyze requirements and place purchase orders.
- Follow up on the short-term plans that will be the reference of the Monthly S&OP.
- Communicate with the Sales in order to fulfill Sales weekly demand.
- Coordinates any changes & updates requirements for the Sales Demand.
- Communicate with purchasing department to insure the necessary materials to meet the production plan.
- Co-ordinate and maintain adequate stock levels to ensure sales requirements are delivered.
- Maintain the lowest possible level of inventory.
- Record production data, including volume produced consumption of raw materials, or planning control measures.
- Record inventory data, including inventory shortages, excess inventory and end-of-life materials.
- Daily monitoring of production output versus stock levels, Customer demand and production schedules.
- Following up on Production Compliance Reports in accordance with the pre-determined weekly Plan.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering. MBA is a plus
- Ideal Experience/ Exposure: From 1 to 3 years' experience in Electrical company or FMCG
- Time management skills
- Planning and organizing skills
- SAP user is a must
