Job Description

We are looking for technical support engineer for our team with following specifications:

Job responsibility

  • You will be responsible for working with different systems, software, and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issue
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Provisioning / Configuring New Devices before the actual installation.
  • Checking and verifying returned and defective devices if still in good condition
  • Support New Installation
  • Creation of Accounts and Adding Units/Vehicle Details in the System
  • Verifying functionality of the newly added devices
  • Updating Implementation Sheets
  • Support Maintenance (Check-ups, Removals and Reinstallations)
  • Updating Data in System and Maintenance Log Sheets
  • Support New Projects
  • Support Client Request (A) Daily and Weekly Passenger Report (B) Monthly Passenger Report (Consolidating RFID and Manual Log Sheets) (C) Adding, Updating, and Deleting Passenger Details in System
  • Verifying functionality of the devices
  • Conduct online and provide onsite training to the clients
  • Customer Support-Over call,Email or by whats app
  • Scheduling devices checkup appointments with Operations and providing constent Support to the technician for installation, removal and checkup for all Accounts.
  • Supporting the field technicians for device installations
  • Generating Reports for the clients
  • Proactive support to sales team

  • Team player with evidence of building cross business support 
  • Market awareness and understanding of the challenges of clients 
  • Complex problem-solving skills and a methodical mind 
  •  Critical thinking 
  • Strong interest in technology Qualifications and Experience:- 
  • Strong English communication skills; reading, writing and speaking 
  • Valid Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications 
  • Arabic communication skills is MUST
  •  Applied knowledge MS Office, Excel Knowledge
