Job Description

Audio Technology is looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Specialist develop and execute marketing campaigns, create marketing materials, manage social media accounts, and organize events and promotions. The role involves collaboration with the marketing team, conducting market research, analyzing campaign performance, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing campaigns in coordination with the Marketing Director.
- Create marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Design and create online marketing content (e-newsletters, brochures, promotional emails).
- Handle trade fairs, events, ads, and other promotions.
- Manage advertising funds, promos, and locations.
- Assist with mailings, press releases, website text, and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create a comprehensive strategy.
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the brand.
- Write and edit compelling marketing copy for emails, landing pages, and blog posts.

Job Requirements

  • Job Requirements:
    - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    - At least 5 years of marketing experience.
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    - Creative in developing content across various platforms.
    - Experience managing campaigns across social media, email, and digital advertising.
    - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    - Analytical skills to track and optimize campaigns.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    - Experience with marketing automation tools.
    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
