Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow up the repair of machine faults and intervene with the help of severe faults (remedial maintenance).
• Follow-up work in implementing the preventive maintenance program
• Approval and review of exchange requests for spare parts
• Approving and reviewing the manufacturing order and assigning the workshop supervisors to do the necessary work
• Reviewing the daily malfunction report submitted by the mechanical maintenance supervisor
• Reviewing the daily business report of the workshops
• Follow-up of compressors, water station and chillers, and maintenance of cladders
• Ensure the safety and maintenance of machines and follow up on the implementation of the preventive maintenance plan for them.
• Commitment and implementation of the instructions of the quality, environment, safety and occupational health policy.
• Implementation of the quality assurance system in the department
