Job Description
Review the Tender documents & agenda to be able to study the bids on hand.
Prepare the agreements, negotiate the fees, define the needed deliverables, and authorize the payments.
Review the vendor lists with the Procurement Team.
Prepare the all-inclusive rates for the labor to be used by the team throughout the bid.
Review several scenarios to decrease the currency risk by comparing the utilization of local materials/sub-contractors versus imported ones.
Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings and furnish the minutes of them.
Perform the data collection process including the survey of the available resources in the cities near to the project location, local facilities, environmental restrictions, customs, etc.
Review the potential savings and estimate the investment cost in case extending/ increasing the company scope in certain projects to increase the competition opportunity.
Review the accuracy of the take-off whether furnished in-house or out of the company.
Review the accuracy of the design coming from the design bureaus for the design.
Build projects to make sure that this design is fulfilling the tender requirements.
Propose the most efficient method of construction including preparing the site mobilization facilities plan, the required equipment for construction and handling strategies.
Handle the clients’ queries.
Prepare the technical parts of the prequalification submittals.
