Job Description
- Monitor and mentor employee performance & calls with all methods (side by side or remotely)
- conduct sales training for the employees (existing employees & newly hired)
- Ensure the alignment of the benchmarks of target sales, Invoices, SLAs, policies, and procedures.
- Work closely with the operation department and other supporting functions.
- Tailor, and enhance controls for every process or campaign ongoing.
- Create and Identify the KPIs for the processes.
- Deliver the proper coaching for the employees based on their performance or the incidents.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales
- experience in Quality & Training
- E-Learning background (preferred)
- training centers experience (preferred)
- Banking or insurance sales background (preferred)
- Males Only.
- Military Service: finished.
- Cairo Residence.
- MS Office experience is (a must)
