Quality Control Unit Head

Ensure that specifications of incoming / produced goods are following standard material / product specifications in order to maintain their quality and reliability, and to recommend/implement preventive/corrective actions to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction along with maintaining strict implementation of Quality Control system & procedures. 

 Job Responsibilities :

• Review, analyze and approve all quality inspection reports to ensure that products are meeting target specifications. 

• Review Product Data Cards and Production sheets of new/current products upon changes for costing purposes, being a guideline for Production, Planning, and QC team. 

 • Follow up & submit Material Trial Reports to Quality Manager for new / improved grades of RM / ORM from new/existing suppliers to ensure that production process/product specifications are either better or similar to current standards. 

 • Evaluate, and train Quality Control Team members to increase their level of know/how so that they can handle all quality issues. 

 • Responsible for the maintenance and calibration of product related measuring equipment to ensure accurate measurements and readings. 

 • Support and give recommendations to Quality Manager in respects of any update or improvement / maintaining of quality control documents, procedures, work instructions, reports & standard action / rejection limits. 

 • Participate in providing input in the process of development of new products, cost reduction, waste reduction, automation, and effective manufacturing process
