Job Description
Digital Merchandiser Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing our Digital Customer Experience and must be expanded to oversee all digital-related strategies across Pure Players, our internal platforms, and B&C JBPs, ensuring complete alignment with the brands' digital plans. This requires an experienced candidate who can implement, manage, and follow plans as needed.
Role Requirements:
- Engage with the digital growth teams of assigned accounts to gather and discuss their advertising and monetization strategies.
- Manage annual events and campaign timelines (FY JBP) for assigned accounts, aligning with their brand digitization strategies and ensuring proper content placement.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (eCommerce, digital marketing, brand, creative, and accounts) to execute agreed-upon plans effectively.
- Evaluate and enhance the merchandizing and product listing presence of our portfolio within the assigned accounts.
- Analyze performance metrics for activities, including onsite banners, traffic, conversion rates, audience segments, and more, to assess the effectiveness of assets and strategies.
- Follow up with accounts to collect and analyze activity proof-of-performance (POP) on a weekly or monthly basis, ensuring proper execution of plans.
- Oversee and approve the release of advertising costs for accounts in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and proof-of-performance (POP) documents.
- Continuously assess assigned platforms to identify opportunities for improving merchandising, listings, and monetization efforts.
- Analyze activity data to provide recommendations for optimizing opportunities and adjusting joint business plans (JBP) as needed.
- Prepare and present activity reports by account, category, month, event, and overall performance to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the accounts and the finance team to finalize payments for completed activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass-Communication, Business, or in a related field.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar position.
- Must have previous experience in online merchandising or ad monetization with one of the pure players accounts or big bricks and clicks.
- Strong data Analysis, and e-Commerce and advertising.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
