Job Description

  • Manage and execute Social Biddable campaigns, including audience initial sizing, launching, optimizing and reporting and staying up to date with innovations, new features and best practices
  • Manage all aspects of the SEM lifecycle, including keyword research, account creation, billing setup, campaign management, ROI based optimizations, bid management, ad copy automation and staying up to date on best practices for SEM strategy.
  • Clearly communicate PPC/Social/Display/Video best practices to other teams & individuals within the organization and how to apply them to our clients’ sites.
  • Analyze costs, ad copies, creative assets, landing pages, and cost per conversion Identify and inform management of client opportunities, potential risks, and other key issues.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers in the implementation of campaigns for effective reporting and return on investment (ROI) measurement
  • Regular internal reporting on client account metrics, billing, and aggregate performance.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and continually make improvement recommendations to the clients and internal teams
  • Be in in-house expert on all things Social/PPC/Display and other biddable media
  • Support the team with Pitches, upselling opportunities, presentations and reporting
  • Be able to setup basic live dashboards on Data Studio or within platforms
  • Experience with App Marketing campaigns including Apple Search Ads, Universal App campaigns and social channels
  • Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Platforms like Adjust, Apps Flyer, etc…
  • Manage communications with our Google, Snapchat, Twitter Account Managers/Client Service executives

Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience of 5+ years is essential.
  • A background in Business / Digital Marketing / IT
  • Strong knowledge of E-commerce, digital marketing, Fin-tech
  • Ability to work independently and capable of taking initiative
  • Excellent research skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Coursework reflecting interest in and knowledge of digital marketing
  • A positive and flexible attitude
  • The ability to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaigns (SEM, Display, Youtube, Shopping, Google Maps, UAC), FB/Instagram (Meta), Snapchat, Tik Tok campaigns, Apple Search Ads, Programmatic, Native Ads/Native Media Buying).
