Job Description
- Capable of resolving complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist.
- Responsible for translating demand/requirements from Market Supply Chain into local requirements to ensure stable supply of material to commercial organization.
- Responsible for end to end supply of specific product gains from manufacturing sites through commercial release.
- Develops Production Plan for commercial, non-commercial, R&D and new products. Manages all sku’s related to the Production Plan from sub components through packaged finished goods.
- Generates and maintains production orders within in SAP in alignment with the production plans for commercial, validation, and packaging processes.
- Conducts capacity analyses when generating the production plan to ensure the plan is achievable Troubleshoots potential capacity issues on an ongoing basis. Analyzes reports and makes recommendations in support of production demands.
- Responsible for rough cut capacity, balancing production requirements, operation statistics and metrics, root cause analysis and problem solving.
- Responsible for communication with Multiple sites and Market Supply Chain to coordinate and communicate delivery of production orders.
- Partners with manufacturing and packaging partners to gain buy in to production plan as well as other key stakeholders within the site. Must be able to communicate and work well with cross functional partners
- Communicates with management on production progress. Makes and communicates production plan adjustments as necessary. Provides other support to production and management as required.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.
- Responsible for completing all training requirements and maintaining 100% compliance with all assignments.
- Responsible for maintaining work areas and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Batch Record instructions.
- Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws.
- Responsible for performing additional related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharmacy
- Maintain current pharmacist licensure in the state.
- Preferred SAP experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
- Great Interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Proactivity and great time management skills
