Your Role:

To provide the best shopping experience to each and every customer through Outstanding Customer Service. To ensure that every person visiting the shop leaves happy and smiling always with a positive feeling to return to the shop.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY:

Customer Service Management:

Maintain a customer-focused approach to deliver GAME Service Excellence and display salesmanship spirit,
Ensure proper aftersales services and customers receive their products on time and in good quality.
Manage customer complaints and grievances in a professional way,
Ensure the development, implementation, and execution of company CRM initiatives by providing action plans to the team.
Capture meaningful customer data for the purpose of building relationships to personalize future client development opportunities. Monitor monthly CRM database reporting.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are as per company guidelines.

Financial Management:

Monitoring and achieving monthly targets as set by the store manager,
Managing the Key performance indicators for stores like conversion, ATV & UPT.

Stock Management:

Maintaining an efficient level of stock in-store and ensuring the store is fully stocked and the replenishment procedures are being carried out on a daily basis.

People Management

Develop positive relationships with the team by understanding each of them and aligned for better teamwork.

Job Requirements

  • Language: Bi-lingual English / Arabic
  • Professional experience (Years): 1-3 Years
  • Education: University Degree in Business Management (Retail) or Equivalent Management Course
  • Proven retail experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Passion for the Retail/Fashion Industry
  • Ability to make relationships with customers
  • Upselling skills.
  • Industry awareness
