Job Description
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Arrange and coordinate company’s main events.
- Control supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders, receiving supplies.
- Control company transportation routes and monthly cost.
- Control fuel usage/analysis/consumption.
- Control company cars (Licenses renewal/Maintenance).
- Company medical service (Governmental/Private).
- Control company facility management (Maintenance Plan & Execution, Security, Cleaning, landscape and Pest control).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in related fields.
- 2-4 years of Admin or Assistant experience.
- Very Good English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent time management skills and multitasking ability.
- Attention to details and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning & reporting skills.
