Job Description

  • Represent the company in a professional and a qualified manner.
  • Receive and manage inbound calls coming to the company.
  • Keep records of all incoming calls and inquires on the company’s database.
  • Identify customers’ needs and directs them to the concerned parties.
  • Manage customers’ complaints and directs them to the concerned parties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any field. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer support.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills 
  • Very good written and spoken English 
  • Active listening and patience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer oriented
