As the Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving solution-based business development opportunities for some of our largest and most important customers. This means we will depend on you to use your creativity and expertise to transform ambiguous and often complex opportunities into significant deals.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Chemical / Industrial Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the same role/related field.
- Client-focused solutions experience.
- Talent for influencing client management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships at the same time.
- Writing reports and sales literature
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Demonstrated expertise in the technical specifications required to sell industrial-based products and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Engaging and persuasive presentation skills; ability to develop and document compelling value propositions and present partners’ tech teams
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships of influence with customer.
- A clear and confident decision maker with a commercially focused approach.
Effective customer management skills with demonstrated ability to work successfully with Atlantic direct and collaborate sales teams to meet performance goals.
