Job Description
- Communicate and coordinate customers’ orders with internal departments and Export Manager.
- Follow up the production plan with the factory.
- Revise and provide customers with documents.
- Document management of related forms.
- Tracking process to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare required reports and invoices.
- Maintain all record of export functions and ensure adherence to regulations
- Prospecting for elaborating clients (pre-sales activities)
- Coordinating with the managers to achieve the sales target
- Experience with Export Incentive (aids and fund)
- Trade show experience
- Digital marketing experience
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- knowledge about international trade laws, customs and agreements.
- Full awareness of Shipping & export document cycle.
- Knowledge about different EMEA countries.
- Very good command of English.
- Another language will be an asset.
- Excellent Microsoft user
