Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Measure and evaluate sales data to conclude how effective a product, sales process, or campaign has been.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
- Responsible for clients' contracts operations, archiving, and issue reporting.
- Create and update sales and inventory database.
- Responsible for reservations and sales operations.
- Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintain an organized and accessible filing system.
- Assist the sales operation manager with sales strategy development and implementation.
- Contribute to applying sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry.
- Responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports and data metrics to the Senior operation manager.
- Support training new employees in sales department.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years Experience Needed in operation.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Excellent Analytical and Mathematical Skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
