Job Description
Technical Support and Operation
- Maintain communication with the employee during the incident resolution process.
- application or any management software is accurate and up to date including inventories, acquisition, and disposal of equipment regarding IT policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain printers, digital senders, and photocopiers
- Solve incidents on Windows, Printers, VHF Radio Handhelds, Twisted Pair cables connectivity, Fiber Cable Connectivity with equal proficiency.
- Surveillance system installation and maintenance.
- Running reports to analyses common complaints and problems.
- Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves
- Records purchases, maintains the purchasing database, performs a physical count of inventory (in the department ), and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Walk the end-users through the problem-solving process
- Troubleshoots diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines, and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field or equivalent years of hands-on experience
- Vendor Certifications (CompTIA A+, N+, and MCP) are preferred, but not required.
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
- Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
- Very Good In English.
