Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reports and daily control:
- Bag weight control.
- Hand dumping control.
- Factory audit.
- Production Alarm report.
- Production Batch report.
- Visual check for received RM’s & finished products.
- Make and follow tests for samples of end product & raw materials (sieve test, durability, sinking, floating, size and density).
- Follow up the cleaning in the factory and make factory audit “KPI” report.
- Make a report for visual check and bags weight.
- Collect product & raw material samples (deliver samples to our lab in daily basis).
- Give analysis order in DHP to the collected samples according to QC schedule, and follow the results.
- Follow up sheet of product test with operators.
- Arrangement samples at samples room according to the plan.
- Follow up some forms of ISO procedures such as forms and instructions of quality procedures.
- Cheek up the stock of raw materials and end product regularly as QA work with quality manager, first in first out.
- Supervise the contractor for pest control.
Job Requirements
- Education background: Faculty of agriculture.
- At least 2 years experience as a Quality assurance agent.
- Requirements: Microsoft office.
- Good English.
- Willing to work on shift basis.
