Job Description
Egytrans is looking for a self-motivated, learning-oriented and hardworking Junior IT technical support Engineer with at least one year experience in IT support in a company of at least 100 employees who would be responsible for ensuring the effective running of the IT, phone and surveillance systems of the company and providing IT support to employees to facilitate the daily uninterrupted and smooth processing of company communications and operations.
The job is based in the company’s new office in Sokhna SCZone and will also cover Canal Region Offices in Portsaid and Suez as well as Cairo offices (mainly in Sheraton and New Cairo) and other sites.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or IT.
- Very strong command of Microsoft office products (must)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 system, and PC/ laptop and hardware maintenance as well as basic networking, switching, and routing (must)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate, CCNA Routing and switching (preferable)
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Server, 2012) (preferable)
- Residence in Cairo (a must) and Willingness to Locate/Daily travel to Ain Sokhna and to periodically travel to Canal region (Suez, Port Said,..) and other branches when needed. (must)
- Experience working with a help desk ticketing system and remote support systems (preferable)
- Excellent communication, teamwork, multi-tasking/ time management and problem-solving skills (must)
- Learning-oriented and highly proactive (must).
- A good command of the English language (must)
- An Egyptian citizen (must)
