Job Description
- Prepare full financial statements.
- Align with the operational plan.
- Carry out and participate in the work of the company's estimated annual budget in line with the directions of the management.
- Perform the actual vs budget report.
- Build financial models for new products and initiatives.
- Support the decision making process.
- Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process.
- Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses while ensuring resolving and modifying any discrepancies and irregularities.
- Evaluate and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations for integrity and storage of financial data.
- Handles ongoing communication with charted accountant, social insurance and social affairs office.
- Prepares financial management reports as required.
- Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets and analyze discrepancies and make correction actions.
- Communicate with the board about all the financial results.
- Assign and delegate tasks, duties and responsibilities for the team.
- Coach, monitor and evaluate the team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant field .
- Accounting or finance degree is a must.
- CMA holder is preferred.
- Previous experience in managing a team.
