The Material Handling Supervisor should supervise the process and team of material handling to ensure the opening, preparing and delivering the parts for production line in time planned and in the located station with quality and exact quantity that smooth running production line.

• Supervise the handling of material to production line for all shops in time needed with quantity planned and per each station.
• Supervise and constantly follow up on the maintenance of material handling equipment
• Participate and supervise in the committee for disqualification parts to ensure the replacements parts for production line running.
• Contribute and count for the shortage parts on production line and report to concerned department for supplying in time needed.
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
• Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
