Job Description

  • Basis function:  The Call Center Representative will be the liaison between the College and current and prospective parents. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customers' issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming callers and parents over the phone
  • Answering emails and inquiries in a helpful manner and ensuring that appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with all departments for any inquiry.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify callers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Communicating with parents and callers, receiving, and passing on information between parents and teachers.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Handle all tasks till the end and making sure that all tasks are resolved.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Desired qualifications and requirements:

  • BA or equivalent on any related major.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role 
  • Advanced computer skills are preferable. 
  • Fluent written & verbal English.
  • High Communication skills
  • Customer -service oriented
  • Problem-solving
