Job Description
- Conduct necessary Legal Research upon Documents submitted by the clients seeking funding.
- Translating all contracts and letters from Arabic to English And vice versa.
- Follow and finalize all cases filled for or against the company at courts, as well as dealing with police Stations and the prosecutions.
- Dealing with General Authority for Investment and Free Zone
- Cooperate with other Lawyers in the legal department by offering a legal opinion in their work when needed.
- Authenticate EGM & AGM & Board meetings from GAFI.
- Preparing the annual report of sharia committee
- High knowledge with the sharia charter
- Preparing the minutes of meeting of sharia committee
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience.
- English Fluency .
- High knowledge in public notary law and its regulations .
