Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize travel packages tailored to corporate leisure clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends and customize product offerings.
- Maintain an updated portfolio of services, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
- Ensure alignment of corporate leisure products with client expectations and company goals.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective service execution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations and address any issues to optimize efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate leisure clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, providing them with tailored travel solutions.
- Gather client feedback and work on improving services accordingly.
- Drive sales of corporate leisure products by working closely with the sales team.
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within the corporate leisure segment.
- Track and analyze sales performance to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.

Operational Management:
- Design and implement leisure products aligned with market trends and client needs.

Management Reporting:
- Report on the progress of ongoing projects, highlighting milestones, challenges, and resource needs.
- Present financial reports, including revenue forecasts, budget variances, and profitability analysis for leisure products.
